In case the person who created the account had left or is about to leave the company or/and you have no idea how to login into your Seller Account, we have two options that might help you out:


  1. Create a new account. This will ensure that all the account details will then be managed by the new person in charge, not limited to order fulfillment but how to maintain their uploaded products. Please go thru How to be a Seller on Eezee? : Eezee Pte Ltd (freshdesk.com) on our Seller FaQ Centre to know more about it. Our team would transfer the uploaded products into your new account.
  2. Ask your former colleague for the login details. In case you forgot the password of your account, please go to Login - Eezee - Eezee, type your email and click Forgot your password. We will send an email guide to you on how to reset your password. Please check your spam/junk folder should you not receive it on your main inbox.
